Chinese Hong Kong-based smartphone maker Infinix has launched the zero 5 into the market on November 14. It’s the Infinix Zero 5, and it’s going to be a smartphone without a bezel with two cameras on the back.
The Infinix Zero 5 is to be priced around N100,000 and went on sale in November.

Infinix Zero 5: expected features and specifications
The device has been detected in line with a set of midrange specifications, dual sports cameras and a modern 18: 9 aspect ratio screen. Here we have a list of expected specifications and features. Some of these may change or be different at the time of release.
Metal and glass body
According to an image leaked on social networks, Infinix Zero 5 is expected to have a complete metal body with a glass window that houses the dual cameras and the LED flash.
Screen without bevel
It is believed that the Infinix Zero 5 has an edge-to-edge display without a bezel with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a Corning Gorilla GlassD 2.5D glass protection on the top.
The device will have a dual camera configuration on the back with 2X optical zoom. The dual camera configuration will be a combination of a telephoto lens and a wide-angle lens.
6 GB of RAM
The Infinix Zero 5 will have 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage capacity, which can be further expanded with an external memory card.
It is also rumored that the device is IP68 certified, which provides Infinix Zero 5 protection against water and dust.
Like all smartphones that are released now, the Infinix Zero 5 is expected to run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
The Infinix Zero 4 Plus had a MediaTek Helio X20 processor when it was launched last year. The Infinix Zero 5 is to feature the updated 10nm Helio X30 chipset, along with 6GB of RAM.
Multiple color options
The red variant of Zero 5 has already been detected online. The smartphone is expected to be available in even more color variants.
The Infinix Zero 5 will get a battery upgrade concerning Zero 4 Plus with a larger battery of 4350 mAh, which can last a long time with a single charge.
The infinix Zero 5 will feature the new stable version of XOS Hummingbird v3.0. This will replace the old XOS Chameleon. The more modern version has some impressive features on board, which includes integrated VR (virtual reality).
